Apologize Clothing – Made With Intention.

Because each garment is individually crafted when your order is placed, all sales are considered final.
This allows us to maintain premium quality, reduce waste, and ensure every piece is created specifically for you.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind

  • Wrong size ordered

  • Items that do not fit personal preferences

Please review our size chart carefully before placing an order.


Incorrect, Damaged, or Defective Items

Your satisfaction matters to us.
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, we will replace it at no additional cost.

To request a replacement:

  1. Email us within 7 days of delivery

  2. Include your order number

  3. Attach clear photos of the issue

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, we are unable to issue refunds.
If your item is missing:

  • Check with neighbors

  • Check your mailbox or parcel locker

  • Contact your local carrier office
    Occasionally packages are marked delivered 24–48 hours early.

If your tracking has not updated for 10 business days, contact us and we’ll assist with a resolution.


Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
Once production begins, we cannot cancel or modify an order.
